Lucky Sport Cycling Team is heading into the 2026 season with bigger ambitions, a strengthened roster, and a rapidly expanding international race calendar. Our vision is clear: to build one of the most professional and forward-looking cycling projects in Northern Europe, with the long-term goal of competing at the very highest level of the sport.
To achieve this, we are not only investing in talented riders but also in the team behind the riders – the staff, volunteers, and specialists who make success possible. Cycling is a team sport on every level, and no victory is won without the collective effort of those working behind the scenes.
We are now opening up applications for individuals who want to be part of this journey. Whether you are an experienced professional in the sport or someone passionate about contributing in other ways, there is a place for you within Lucky Sport Cycling Team.
Open Positions
Director Sportif
At the heart of race strategy and leadership, our sporting directors guide riders through both national and international competition. We are seeking individuals with strong tactical knowledge, organizational ability, and the leadership skills required to bring out the best in our young, ambitious riders.
Mechanic
Performance starts with reliable equipment. As a team mechanic, you will ensure that bikes and vehicles are always prepared, serviced, and race-ready. Experience with professional-level road bikes and the ability to perform under pressure in dynamic race environments are highly valued.
Soigneur
The soigneur role goes far beyond recovery. You will be a central part of rider support during training camps and races, responsible for feed zones, recovery protocols, and day-to-day logistics that keep the riders performing at their peak.
Social Media Team
Cycling is not only about racing – it’s also about sharing the story. Our media team ensures that our journey reaches fans, partners, and the wider cycling community. If you bring skills in photography, video production, storytelling, or digital communication, we want to hear from you.
Lucky Pack (Volunteer Team)
Behind every successful team is a dedicated volunteer community. The Lucky Pack supports us at events, races, and partner activations. Tasks may include logistics, race-day operations, fan engagement, or event support. It’s a unique opportunity to experience professional cycling from the inside and gain valuable experience in a high-level environment.
Not Seeing Your Role Listed?
Building a great team sometimes requires skills we haven’t yet identified. If you feel you can contribute in another way – whether it’s through logistics, event organization, nutrition, partnerships, finance, or something entirely different – we encourage you to apply anyway. Use the “Additional Information” section in the form to describe how you can support Lucky Sport Cycling Team.
How to Apply
Applications are now open. Please submit your details along with a CV and Cover Letter through our official application form:

We will review all applications carefully and contact selected candidates for further discussions.
Be Part of the Future
Joining Lucky Sport Cycling Team means more than filling a role – it means becoming part of an ambitious project that is growing quickly and building towards a place among the elite of world cycling. With riders from across Scandinavia and Northern Europe, international race exposure, and a rapidly expanding partner network, 2026 will be our biggest season yet.
Please note: Lucky Sport Cycling Team is a newly established project with a limited budget. None of the positions are full-time; instead, we offer a per-day pay rate for staff roles.
We invite you to bring your passion, your skills, and your energy to our project. Together, we will create something extraordinary.
