Lucky Sport Cycling Team is proud to announce the signing of Frank Aron Ragilo, a 21-year-old Estonian rider from the outskirt of Tallin in a town called Riisipere, on a contract running through the 2026 season.

Frank joins Lucky Sport with strong international experience and a proven record of results, making him one of Estonia’s most versatile and capable young riders.

During his junior years, Frank achieved 7th place in the UCI World Championships Time Trial and 8th place in the Road Race, establishing himself among the world’s top juniors. Following that, he spent two seasons with Team DSM Development, where he also gained opportunities to race alongside the WorldTour squad — sharing the same setup as Lucky Sport’s Finnish rider Axel Källberg.

In 2025, Frank raced with Atom 6 Bikes – Decca Continental Team, where he continued to build consistency and showcase his talent. His standout performance of the season came with a 19th place in the U23 European Championships Time Trial, in addition to several strong UCI results.

Selected Career Highlights:
• 19th – U23 European Championships ITT (2025)
• 6th – National Championships Estonia ME – Road Race (2025)
• 4th – National Championships Estonia – ITT (2025)
• 4th – Stage, Course Cycliste de Solidarnosc et des Champions Ol (2025)
• 10th – Stage Flanders Tomorrow Tour (2023)
• 10th – Stage Alpes Isère Tour (2024)
• 12th – Grote Prijs Rik Van Looy (2024)
• 14th – Ronde van de Achterhoek (2023)

Frank Aron Ragilo on joining Lucky Sport:

I’ve been really impressed by how good the team has looked from the outside, especially considering it’s only their first year. I think it’s the best place for me to make a big step forward as a last-year U23 in 2026. I can’t wait to get started next season!

Head of Sport Erik Ekman on the signing:

Frank and I have been in contact throughout the latter part of the season, and I’ve been really impressed by his personal growth since I last knew him during his junior years. With his experience from DSM, we gain a rider capable of taking a leadership role in both U23 and higher-ranked races. We know his performance ceiling is high — our focus will be to help him reach it in 2026.

With this signing, Lucky Sport Cycling Team continues to strengthen its 2026 roster — combining Nordic and Baltic talent with international experience and ambition.
